On January 5, Anhui Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology announced the list of Intelligent Factories and Digital Workshops in Anhui Province in 2020, and BAISHIJIA was successfully approved as The Provincial Digital Workshop.
Digital workshop is based on production equipment, production facilities and other hardware facilities. Based on the optimized management of process design, production organization and process control, the production resources and production process such as human, machine, material, method, environment and measurement are designed, managed, simulated, optimized and visualized in the computer virtual environment by means of digitization, networking and intellectualization. With information digitization and data flow as the main characteristics, the production resources, production equipment, production facilities and production process are managed and controlled in a precise, accurate, agile and efficient way. Digital workshop is not only the first step of intelligent factory, but also the important foundation of intelligent manufacturing.
